This training course also covers the responsibility of managing the threat of a terrorist attack and completing building searches and evacuations. The aim is to develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe search and evacuation of a premises.

• Dealing with the phone threat
• Evacuation techniques

• Testing and evaluating measures
Lastly, this course includes training on searching customers. The aim is to develop knowledge and confidence in the correct procedures for effectively searching a person. This programme can include hand held detector and 'pat-down' techniques.
